“Real Community Services provides Essential and Non-Essential Community Support Services throughout SouthEast Qld. Ranging from Brisbane to the Wide Bay Burnett, we assist with many programs for people who have a disability, special mental health needs, identify as at risk children and young people and those who have acquired a Brain Injury.

Funded programs such as Inhome Accomodation Support, Group Residential Services, Respite and Post School Options, Community Access, Lifeskills Development and and rehabilitation support complement our Specialised Staffing Agency that has operated for over 6 years to the Greater Brisbane Area. We help our clients access the support and services they need as they move through the different stages of their life.

Our Background

Real Community Services commenced a Relief Staffing Service to the Greater Brisbane area in January 2006 as a response to unmet needs of the Disability Sector. RCS quickly gained momentum to be the preferred option as a specialised staffing agency to many reputable Government and Non-Government Disability Service Providers.

In April 2007 Certification was achieved as a Service Provider under the Queensland Disability Service Standards and RCS Lifestyle Support (then known as Ciana Lifestyle Support) was born. RCS Lifestyle Support continues to grow with funded clients being supported from Brisbanes Northern Suburbs, out to Alexandra Hills and West to Ipswich.

A natural transition to supporting children and young adults within a child safety framework occurred during this time and has been instrumental in RCS playing an ever more important role in the lives in Australias future generation. RCS Child Safety Services encourages a positive future for youth, including young people with a disability, who require alternative care due to neglect and abuse.
