About the Role
Step into a meaningful position where you’ll support clients with daily living activities — from personal care and meal preparation to medication assistance and community access — all within the comfort of their home. Every shift is a chance to change someone’s day for the better.
Available Shifts:
We currently have opportunities supporting participants with Community Access and within a Supported Independent Living (SIL). A variety of shifts are available, including day shifts and sleepovers, offering flexibility across different support needs.
What You’ll Bring:

At least 6 months’ experience in disability support

A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle

Current paid employee Blue Card
-
Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
-
Current First Aid & CPR certification
-
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)

Full Australian working rights
-
The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team

A smartphone with internet access

Two recent professional references (from supervisors)
