Real Community Services (RCS) was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with disability, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.

We can provide support worker for one to one assistance or activity-based support to people of all ages around the home and in the community. Our support can include assisting with or maintain daily routines such as before and after school activities, personal care, maximising your independent living skills, learning ever important life skills and a host of other important daily activities.

With many varied state and federal certifications including approval to become a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme provider in December 2015, RCS continues to demonstrate it is possible to improve on industry standards for its workers and participants.
