The Human Services Quality Framework is a system for assessing and promoting improvement in the quality of human services delivered with department investment.

Over 300 disability and child safety care organisations have already transitioned to the HSQF with remaining service providers gradually transitioning over the next 12 months to gain certification via independent third party assessment.

The HSQF is designed to increase administrative efficiency and enable service providers to focus their resources on services provision and continued quality improvements. Its key aims include increasing consistency in service quality and ensuring public confidence in service delivery. Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services
