Mental Health Recovery
At some point in our lives, it is likely that our mental health will have an adverse effect on our life. Real Community Services provides support to individuals who have a diagnosed mental health condition and disability. Sometimes referred to as a dual diagnosis, it can be quite common for people who have a disability, to also have a mental health condition that will require support in some way.
Mental health issues significantly impact a person’s quality of life and productivity. However, we believe that a disability or mental health, whether visible or not, shouldn’t prevent a person from being an active member in their community or enjoying a fulfilling life.
